Born in Naples. She graduated from the Musical Institute of Valle d'Aosta and the Giuseppe Verdi Conservatory in Turin.
In 2012, shortly after her brilliant debut as Amelia ("Un Ballo in Maschera") at the Royal Theatre of Turin, she received an invitation to perform as Abigaille ("Nabucco") at the Salzburg Festival under the direction of Riccardo Muti. This was followed by engagements at the world's most prestigious theatres: the Royal Opera House Covent Garden, the Metropolitan Opera, La Scala, the Paris Opera, the Vienna State Opera, Arena di Verona, the Royal Theatre in Madrid, the Gran Teatre del Liceu in Barcelona, the Bavarian State Opera, the Palau de les Arts Reina Sofía in Valencia, the Teatro San Carlo in Naples, and others. The year 2021 marked the singer's jubilee 100th performance as Abigaille at the Arena di Verona.
